Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa, which is celebrating its 15th Anniversary this year, will be hosting another year of Harvest festival of Cashew from April 16 to 23. For the sixth year, the hotel will be organizing an engaging trail full of enriching experiences spread over a week at the picturesque resort .
Cashew Trail is an annual event that was conceptualized by Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa in association with Madame Rosa Distillery in 2012. This event was curated to showcase the legacy of the fruit of Goa – the cashew - in its many forms and manifestations to the global audience so as to create another rare and unique Park Hyatt experience.
April is the ideal time for this unique celebration being the perfect harvest season for cashews, showcasing the fruit in its true glory. The event has evolved manifold as an experiential event at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa drawing audiences and attendees from across the globe.
The 2017 edition is being curated in collaboration with Goa Tourism and Madam Rosa. The Cashew Trail will start on April 16 with a Vintage Car Trail & Beach front Brunch bringing alive the farm to table experience. On April 17, 15 passionate artists from Goa under the banner of Carpe Diem Art Gallery will organize a curated art event at the resort.
The resort will host a Culinary challenge on April 18, where six selected home chefs from Goa will showcase their family recipes. There will be different events for a week at a resort, before concluding this year’s Cashew Trail on April 23 with a Cashew Trail Brunch. Cashew Trail Brunch is the perfect destination to experience thoughtfully curated cashew inspired food & beverage experiences, interactive entertainment, splendid cultural sights, wellness experiences, kids zones, good cheer and bagful of happy memories. The highlight will be a mini flea market with most exquisite hand made products and artifacts of Goa.
