© koaci.com - Friday, May 5, 2017 -The Prime Minister has made today the launch of the 2017 edition of the International Exhibition of Agriculture and Animal Resources of Abidjan (SARA).
Amadou Gon Coulibaly, has on occasion reaffirmed the ambition of transforming 50% of Ivory Coast's cocoa and its cashew 2020.
Convinced that the transformation of annuity products will add value, the Head of Government believes that it will put the country immune to external shocks especially, price volatility in international markets and in particular the fall in prices.
Prime Minister argued that with the transformation in 2020 of 50% of cocoa and cashew nuts, have at least 100,000 direct jobs will be created.
World's largest producer of cocoa and cashew, Ivory Coast has for the time trouble converting as much of the two major products.
Scheduled to Abidjan from 17 to 26 November, the fourth edition of SARA will revolve around the theme, "The structural transformation of the agricultural economy to climate change."
The goal is to develop, promote and develop all the wealth of agriculture, livestock and fisheries.
